• Prior experience in transport operations, fleet monitoring or logistics management preferred.

• Strong knowledge of Vehicle Tracking Systems (VTS), GPS technology and route planning.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Collect reports of loaded vehicles from the supervisor and ensure their timely exit from the factory.

• Ensure programmed vehicles reach designated loading points as per schedule.

• Report vehicle accidents immediately to higher management and assist the liaison section with necessary support.

• Monitor all vehicles using the Vehicle Tracking System (VTS) to ensure route compliance and timely deliveries.

• Communicate with drivers regularly to track vehicle positions and provide necessary instructions.

• Coordinate with factory operations and report transport-related updates to top management.

• Respond to calls from different departments and resolve driver/helper issues by discussing with concerned personnel.

• Maintain records of transport-related issues and prepare reports as required by management.

• Monitor driver activities to ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.

• Prepare daily vehicle reports and oversee monitoring of repair and maintenance work.

• Communicate with distributors and marketing teams to resolve vehicle unloading or delivery-related problems.
