Treasury Operation
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Well conversant regarding tools and techniques to ensure proper liquidity management as well as ensuring compliance with regulatory issues related to maintenance of CRR & SLR.
∎ Well conversant with the process and procedures of participation in the auction for purchasing Govt. Treasury Bill/Bond or Govt. approved other securities within the purview of the bank's policy.
∎ Repo/ Reverse Repo/ALS with Bangladesh Bank and inter banks as per Bangladesh Bank (BB) guideline and market practices.
∎ Designing Govt. Security Portfolio in order to maximize return on investment.
∎ Identifying best opportunities in the market for optimization of profitability.
∎ Conducting both ways swap.
∎ Issuing deal slip to the back office for confirmation and settlement and Preparation of daily blotter.
∎ Preparing ALCO paper through collection and collation of information and thereby giving the proper insight to the management regarding the dynamics of the money market to take decision in the right perspective.
∎ Preparing any kind of reporting related to ALM desk & treasury front office.
∎ Doing all type of FX related job in absence of FX Dealers.
∎ All types of job as and when required for treasury division.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Sound knowledge of financial markets.
∎ Multitasking orientation.
∎ Problem-solving aptitude.
∎ Sound computer literacy.
∎ Good communication and presentation skills both in Bangla and English.
