Education:
4-years Graduation with a minimum CGPA 3.00 out of 4.00/equivalent result in any discipline from a well-renowned University.
Having post-graduation or any other professional degree related to ESG/Sustainability Reporting will be considered an added advantage.
No 3rd Division/class in any academic record is allowed.

Basic understanding of ESG, ESRM, CSR, SR, sustainable finance, green banking product & services/ concepts.
1-3 years of experience in sustainability, green finance, ESG, or CSR-related roles/activities.
Research, documentation, and analytical skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and data management tools.

Core responsibilities for the team member of SFD:
- Help to organize internal training sessions and awareness programs.
- Track progress of green finance and sustainability-linked loan projects/initiatives.
- Conduct desk research on global sustainability trends, policies, and financial activities.
- Provide day-to-day support to the Focal Point in managing tasks and communications etc.
- Gather and prepare data for sustainable finance, ESG and CSR report to Bangladesh Bank.
