Educational Requirements:
∎ A Bachelor's Degree or Diploma (Textile/Apparel/Garment engineering) from any reputed university
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct necessary activities for both fabric & garment testing
∎ Overall functioning of core laboratories operation in respect of technical aspects.
∎ Handle customer complaints and take steps for resolution
∎ Conduct calibration of lab machinery as per the company's requirements
∎ Coordinate with the stakeholders and other related departments for smooth operations
∎ Take immediate corrective actions and solve the problems
∎ Keep records of quality reports, statistical reviews and relevant documentation
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 18 years
∎ 1-3 years of work experience in any textile lab
∎ Knowledge of new method implementation (Manual to machine)
∎ Understanding of process development
∎ Good understanding of the quality control process of raw materials
∎ Knowledge of product and product safety
∎ Should have knowledge of quality testing parameters
