Responsibilities & Context:
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure timely production as per quality through effective planning, supervision and monitoring.
Ensure products quality to minimize cost and rejection rate during production process.
Strictly maintaining the product Leadtime by covering all possible challenges.
Production monitoring through effective and regular field visit.
Monitoring ‘Daily/Weekly Production Report’ and communicate with the management.
Ensure job distribution to producers based on their capacity analysis.
Check the sample, sample requisition sheet and do as well as check the costing.
To adopt & assist to develop the development as per the organizational needs.
Lead, guide and motivate the producers and weavers.
Safeguarding Responsibilities:
Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation.
Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, and encourage others to do so.
