Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation. Any discipline from any recognized approved university/institute with minimum all 2nd division/class or equivalent GPA/ CGPA.2.0. Third division/class or CGPA below 2.0 is not acceptable.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide support to the local team for software installation and up gradation in the devices.
∎ Do troubleshooting for software and hardware technical problems.
∎ Provide support to the local team in reconciliation of both performance and financial digital data management.
∎ Facilitate one hour refreshers session in monthly meeting on new knowledge and skills required for up gradation and usability of the system.
∎ Take initiative to manage supply chain of devices, software and accessories through communicating with the local office , Head office and vendors.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Provide technical support to the local/field offices.
∎ Prepare reports as per programme needs.
∎ Prepare and manage the devices and SIM cards.
∎ Facilitate local office to maintain inventory and accounts
∎ Perform any other responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.
