∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in EEE, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications.
∎ Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
∎ Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
∎ Set up new users' accounts and profiles and deal with password issues.
∎ Work continuously on a task until completion.
∎ Priorities and manage many open cases at one time.
∎ Conduct electrical safety checks on computer equipment.
∎ Identifying hardware and software solutions.
∎ Managing multiple cases at one time.
∎ Basic Networking.
∎ Wi-Fi Configuration (Access Point).
∎ Network Printer/Local printer connect/sharing
∎ Printer problem/solution (Basic).
∎ Configuring email (outlook/others)
∎ Managing Active Directory for End user.
∎ Managing Anti-Virus for End User.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
Salary: Negotiable
