Job Context:
∎ The applicant must have experience in the accessories store department in any reputed knit garments.
∎ Job Location: Kashimpur, Gazipur

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Receive and Issue records of all materials, Inventory taking, Quality checking of accessories as per procedure.
∎ Safe receive, storage, retrieval and timely dispatch.
∎ Ensure goods inbound & out bound, warehouse management, safety and security within the store. Ensure proper deliveries.
∎ Make sure inventory control. Ensure minimum stock level & implement BIN card.
∎ Monitor warehouse activities to ensure that accessories are stored correctly and safely and organize warehouse space is used efficiently.
∎ Keep costs and other overheads within the budgeted limit.
∎ Maintain close liaison with Production & Merchandising Department and cater their requirement successfully.
∎ Follow and implement the operational strategies and procedures according to the company policy.
∎ Lead and guide the store personnel to accomplish the assigned/ vested task in best possible way.
∎ Ensure daily/weekly stock report to the management.
∎ Make sure correspondent with CNF against export & import.
∎ To collect style wise order status from merchandiser, Collect the daily export status from the commercial and hand over to the related executive.
∎ To keep all item buyer/style/PO/color wise.
∎ Issue the fabric goods to the subcontracted factory as per the requirements of the planning dept.
∎ Follow and implement the operational strategies and procedure according to the company policy.
∎ Executing all the Day-to-Day Store function as per the SOP (Standard Operating Procedure).
∎ To ensure the goods of the different style as per order of the buyer.
∎ Any other job as may be assigned by the management time to time.
∎ Monitoring and Controlling monthly Inventory accordingly, participates in physical Inventories by counting stock.
∎ Ensure smooth supply of raw materials to floor.
∎ Ensure preparing monthly SPR & MRR.
∎ Build up a good relationship between workers and management.

∎ Age 27 to 32 years

∎ Good knowledge & skills in MS Office package.
∎ knowledge in Store system & it's SOP.
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame.
∎ Ability to effectively communicate and correspond with the concern department and external suppliers.
∎ Must have the ability to supervise and inspire team members.
