Job Context:
∎ 1-2 years experience for Officer and 3-4 years experience for Sr. Officer
∎ Candidates have to mention their preferred location (Dhaka City, Naryanganj, Gazipur, Manikganj, Mymensingh, Sherpur, Sirajganj, Naogaon, Rangpur, Dinajpur, Thakurgaon, Barishal, Jashore, Sylhet, B. Baria, Cumilla, Laxmipur, Noakhali, Chattogram City, Cox`sbazar);
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales and collection plan for designated area and achieve Sales & Collection Target.
∎ Assess existing dealers, maintain and develop relationships, and motivate them to enhance sales and collection
∎ Find traders with good reputation and appoint them as dealer or channel partner for gap/ priority markets
∎ Establish sales target, credit limit and credit days with dealers and ensure achievement
∎ Recommend market development action plans for designated area/ territory
∎ Ensure proper visibility of company's POSM and outdoor advertisements including signboard, shop branding, billboard, building painting, wall painting etc.
∎ Continuously monitor competitor activities and report to senior management
∎ Ensure optimum customer service through professional handling of complaints as and when required
∎ Maintain regular communication with trade channel and influencers, build cordial professional relationship and promote GPH Ispat
∎ Prepare necessary daily, weekly and monthly reports and submit to senior management.
∎ Any other tasks as and when required by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have relevant experience in Sales & marketing of Building materials; preferably MS Rod
∎ Candidates must mention two well known personalities as referee in the CV.
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Dynamic, innovative, energetic and presentable.
∎ Ready to take challenges
∎ Capability of convincing customers
