∎ B.Sc/ Diploma in Computer Science

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ New Installation and configuring infrastructure hardware and software components including servers, storage, firewalls, routers, switches, OS, systems and applications.
∎ Troubleshooting to resolve hardware, system and network issues.
∎ System and network maintenance, and update periodically with service packs, patches, security updates and fixes.
∎ Maintain, configure, service and repair all the hardware, such as PC, Printer, UPS Router, Access point, Switch, LAN, etc.
∎ Ensure secure, including Antivirus solution, and back up of data.
∎ Train the end users to use company applications, Mail, etc.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Must have experience in the following technologies: Hardware Servicing and Installation, Network Installation and Solution, Configure and Maintenance Mikrotik Router.

Salary: Negotiable
