∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s)/General Insurance Insurance
∎ At Least 03 years working experience in Audit Department.
∎ Working Experience in General Insurance Company will be preferred.
∎ Comprehensive knowledge on Insurance rules & regulation.
∎ Sound knowledge on MS Package- Word, Excel, Power Point etc.
∎ Excellent communication skills.
∎ Ability to deal and work in a diverse team.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Compliance Checking – Policies and Operational Control
∎ Carry out audit, spot check & investigations as per the annual plan and as per management’s instruction to ensure that organization resources are safeguarded
∎ Ensure that UICL follows UICL policies and procedures and complies with rules & regulations.
∎ Visit Branch Offices to ascertain uniformity and reliability of their systems and controls.
∎ Provide management with information on the adequacy of internal control, policies and procedures
∎ Perform quarterly procurement spot check.
∎ Ensure compliance with the relevant laws and company’s policies.
∎ Lead Financial Closing & control over Intercompany transaction.
∎ Lead to meet the requirement of Statutory Audit, Tax & VAT Audit.
∎ Set up and oversee the company’s finance IT systems (ERP)
