Job Context:
∎ Human Resource Division (HRD) has been working with a goal to maximize job satisfaction, enhance transparency and ensure procedural justice for all employees. A large number of qualified, potential and committed staff is required to attain the organization’s goal and to operate these programs effectively.
∎ The Officer/ Sr. Officer, HR Operations will be responsible to provide support to ensure that the leave and attendance and field operations are ensured timely in a qualitative manner

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and maintain leave and attendance system to update attendance status of regional and branch office
∎ Coordinate with branch office to ensure monthly leave without pay report, leave balance report, and various attendance reports including exemption report for smooth and timely support to the payroll team
∎ Address and resolve special leave related issues including accidental leave, maternity leave, paternity leave, etc.
∎ Ensure keeping record of leave related documents in the personal file and uploading it in EDMS (Electronic Data Management System)
∎ Develop strong rapport with all stakeholders (e. g. Sectors/Units, Branch Operations, and Finance) through active communication channels to deliver HR support in time
∎ Conduct new employee orientations, interpret HR policies and procedures and address employee relations issues.
∎ Prepare the documents of audit queries, coordinate with them and reply to audit queries within the given timeline
∎ Build strong tie-up with field staff, identify HR related issues through field visits and provide necessary HR services
∎ Coordinate with internal investigation team in case of receiving any complaints

Additional Requirements:
∎ Proven experience as HR officer or other HR position
∎ Knowledge of HR functions (leave, attendance, payroll, training & development etc.)
∎ Understanding of labour laws and disciplinary procedures
∎ Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus
∎ Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
∎ Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
