Responsibilities & Context:

Job Context:

We are looking for a young, dynamic and energetic person who has at least 2/3 years of experience. Officer/Sr. Officer will be responsible for recruitment process, payroll management, performance management, training & development, handling disciplinary issue and all other HR related functions.

Job Responsibilities:·      

  • Maintain CV bank and employee's personal file with all related papers as up-dated.
  • Assist in recruitment and selection program, including development of recruitment materials, screening appropriate applicants, coordinate selection procedures and conduct background and reference checks of the candidate.        
  • Assists in the formulation of different kinds of HR policies aligned with the local laws and the organizations own code of conduct.     
  • Assist & coordinate the performance appraisal process & ensure appropriate and effective communication.
  • Handle disciplinary matters, Grievance and counseling, improve employee motivation & worker engagement etc.
  • Require to maintain Leave Management, performance appraisal, reduce absenteeism and enhance employee's peace of mind.
  • Assist in monthly salary processing, providing compensation & benefits, and final settlement procedures of employees.
  •  Draft office note, memo, office order & circular relating to HR & Administrative issues.       
  • Assist and ensure that all HR operations are conducted in an organized and processed way.
  • Maintain office discipline and behavior as per company rules & Policy.
  • Basic knowledge about ISO: 9001-2015.
  • Basic knowledge about Sales Monitoring and tracking through Dashboard.
