  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and administrative functions.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.

  • Familiarity with Factory & warehouse operations is a plus.

  • Knowledge of warehouse safety regulations and best practices.

  • Transport Pool Service Facilities – Only for Rupganj Premises.



Responsibilities & Context:

We are a well-established and reputed group of companies with diversified business interests. To support our growing operations, we are looking for a dynamic, proactive, and experienced professional to join our team as an “officer / Sr. Officer (HR & Admin)”.

  • Handle HR functions related to warehouse staff, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.

  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

  • Ensure smooth day-to-day administrative operations in the warehouse, including facility management and office supplies.

  • Process payroll and manage benefits for warehouse employees.

  • Ensure timely disbursement of salaries and resolve payroll-related queries.

  • Organize training programs for warehouse staff to improve efficiency and safety practices.

  • Monitor performance and provide feedback for continuous improvement.

  • Ensure all HR and administrative processes are in compliance with relevant labor laws and company regulations.

  • Assist in maintaining a safe and compliant working environment for warehouse staff.

  • Manage attendance, leave, and other administrative functions.

  • Prepare and submit HR-related reports and data to management.

  • Coordinate between warehouse operations and HR to ensure smooth communication and operational efficiency.

  • Any Other Task assign by The Management.
