Education:
∎ B.Sc. in Textile Engineering (preferably in Apparel Manufacturing or Quality Control)

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Must be experienced in the Ready-Made Garments Sector (Woven).
∎ Excellent problem-solving skills and leadership qualities.
∎ Ability to work with all levels of company staff.
∎ Comfortable delivering frequent direct written and oral feedback.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Candidate should be knowledgeable with buyer procedures.
∎ Ability to communicate with Buyer’s Home Office & Local Office directly.
∎ Work closely with Production, Quality and Merchandising departments.
∎ Arrangement of Pre-Production meetings with buyer QA / internal team, make CPA operation with proper explanation.
∎ Follow up on quality requirements from raw materials’ in-house to shipment of the finished goods.
∎ Ensure production sample requirements, and on time submission to the buyer.
∎ Must have sharp knowledge of self-inspection, as per buyer requirements.
∎ Work with buyer QA during their factory visit.
∎ Working capability as the buyer’s representative in the factory.
∎ Must be capable of discussing inline, pre-final, and final inspection findings with the respective Production, Technical, Maintenance, and QA teams, to get corrective actions made.
∎ Need to ensure garments production as per buyer’s specifications.Need to give proper guidelines to respective Section Heads.
∎ Need to have proper knowledge of factory assessment and handling capability.
∎ Planning, execution, implementation & improvement of the overall function of quality control department.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management from time to time.
