∎ B.Sc. in Textile Engineering (preferably from BUTEX, Ahsanullah University, or other reputed institutes).
∎ Diploma in Textile Engineering (for Officer-level roles) may also be considered.

∎ Good knowledge of dyes and auxiliaries (reactive, disperse, vat, etc.)
∎ Familiarity with dyeing process automation systems (e.g., SedoMaster, ColorMaster)
∎ Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
∎ Ability to work under pressure and in shifts
∎ Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting
∎ Good knowledge of dyes and auxiliaries (reactive, disperse, vat, etc.)
∎ Familiarity with dyeing process automation systems (e.g., SedoMaster, ColorMaster)
∎ Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
∎ Ability to work under pressure and in shifts

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Supervise day-to-day dyeing production activities in shift operations.
∎ Ensure accurate recipe follow-up and shade matching as per buyer requirements.
∎ Maintain optimum machine loading and ensure proper operation of dyeing machines (e.g., soft flow, jet, overflow).
∎ Coordinate with the lab team for bulk approval and recipe confirmation.
∎ Troubleshoot dyeing defects such as uneven dyeing, patch marks, and shade variation.
∎ Monitor water, chemical, and dye usage and minimize production wastage.
∎ Ensure machine maintenance and cleanliness in coordination with the engineering team.
∎ Record and report production data (output, downtime, quality issues) accurately.
∎ Train and monitor operators and helpers on SOPs and safety protocols.
∎ Ensure compliance with environmental and safety standards.
∎ Responsible for managing and overseeing the dyeing production process to ensure timely output, quality, and efficiency. Ensures adherence to process parameters, shade accuracy, machine utilization, and team coordination.
