∎ DVM (Doctor of Veterinary Medicine).
∎ Candidates from subjects other than DVM need not apply
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning and Execution of sales target for all products of the company in the assigned area.
∎ Searching and expansion of new markets.
∎ Operations include Poultry and Cattle Farm visit & examine them to diagnose their health problems.
∎ Advise farm owners about general care, medical conditions, and treatments.
∎ Follow up daily sales and report the present situation to the relevant Authority.
∎ Frequent market survey and reporting to the Management.
∎ To visit potential new farms/businesses to assess their suitability for inclusion in the company
∎ Follow-up daily sales report the present situation to the relevant authority.
∎ Collect information and regularly monitor product performance and customer satisfaction.
∎ Analysis of Market share, volume and monitor competitors activities
∎ Searching and expansion of new markets & gap markets.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 1-2 years' experience in marketing or field supervision.
∎ Candidates must have at least 1-2 year experience in the same field.
∎ Candidates having experience in Animal Health Division & Feed marketing will get preference.
∎ The candidate should be Smart, Self-motivated, energetic and polite in manner with attractive personality;
∎ Good execution & marketing skills with can do attitude & able to work under pressure.
∎ Designation may be considered on the basis of experience..
∎ The candidate should be Self-motivated, energetic and hard-working personality.
∎ Good leadership, execution skills
∎ Very good analytical skill & Reporting skills.
Salary: Negotiable
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Two Festival Bonus, Two Ex-Gratia Bonus, Both contributory PF fund (Approved NBR),, Salary Review Yearly, DA, Transport Allowance & Mobile bill facility, provide necessary training and other facilities as per the company policy.
