Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare Standard operating procedure for finishing section.
∎ Setting KPIs to measure finishing section performance.
∎ Scientific calculation of finishing section manpower requirement.
∎ Define Finishing capacity & provide production target.
∎ Monitor Finishing production & ensure optimum utilization of man, machine & material.
∎ Check the shipment status, finishing production & finishing balance to control WIP & OT.
∎ Implement Kizen to improve system & productivity improvement.
∎ Work on method improvement to improve capacity & eliminate unnecessary processes.
∎ Prepare SMV/SAM, Efficiency, Performance & NPT report on progress of work and production problems.
∎ Carry out any other jobs as assigned from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 40 years
∎ Must have sewing floor experience.
∎ Should have strong analytical, leadership ability and work as a strategic thinker.
∎ Should have Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities.
∎ Highly computer literate and ERP software.
∎ Excellent communication & presentation skill.
∎ Any professional degree in apparel manufacturing will add value.
∎ Preference will be given if have experience with the following buyers: H&M, Primark, Tema etc.
∎ Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
∎ Ability to achieve the target within short lead time.
∎ Should be excellent team member and also very sharp, smart, with fair personality.
∎ Excellent communication skill both written and speaking in Bangla and English.
Salary: Negotiable
