Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor Degree, preferably in Social Sciences/Social Work or relevant discipline.

Job Context:
∎ Contract length: Up to December 31, 2020 with possibility of further extension
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 3 years' experience, preferably in a national or international organization specially experience working with children and families in emergency context.
∎ S/he should have strong technical understanding of child protection and community based approaches
∎ Strong facilitation skill is essential. Experience on Child participatory approach will be preferable.
∎ Capacity to mapping of services for children in and around block/Camps/Ward/Unions
∎ Ability to conduct sessions with CBCPC / community organization, facilitate to identify and monitor volunteer, case workers
∎ Training facilitation skills on Life skill session for adolescent and child club activities
∎ Excellent communication skills in cross-cultural contexts.
