∎ Master of Science (MSc) in Food Technology, Chemistry, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Food Technology, Chemistry

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Bakery (Cake, Biscuit, Bread)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To lead and coach a team of sensory scientist / panelist
∎ Designing & experiments the test of consumer and analyzing experiment results
∎ To collaborate with panelists (Cross functional team)
∎ To perform duty on Food safety, Quality and laboratory analysis.
∎ Testing a product to compare it with similar products made by the competitors
∎ Sensory analyst also works closely with stability study of products.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Must have basic knowledge on theory, principle and assumption upon sensory tests and methodology.
∎ Computer literacy
∎ Good communication skills
∎ Ability to pay close attention to details
