∎ B.Sc in Civil Engineering or Hons/Master in any discipline (preferably Marketing) from reputed University.

∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Preferably Real Estate and Construction Company, Ready Mix Concrete
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Cement Industry, Group of Companies
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Dealing with clients for ready mix sell ( final negotiation, query regards product, handling complaints & objections).
∎ Followup customer statement and setup-based customer statement in iBOS ERP.
∎ Bill submission activities to parties' office & sites also.
∎ Payment Collection physically(collect cheque, payment order, deposit it to Bank if needed) & recovery also.
∎ Projects/sites visit for ensuring the smooth delivery purpose
∎ Grow existing customer relationships through phone communication, meeting.
∎ Bill prepared in iBOS & deliver it to client's sites & head office (if needed)
∎ Cross-checking the customer ledger with customers & confirming the balance(according to accounts information)
∎ Solve various types of problems like Casting time problems, schedule problem, quality issues of product etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 32 years
∎ Candidate should have good product knowledge about Concrete.
∎ Should have good knowledge in ERP, SAP
∎ Ability to spontaneously discuss industry, market and product knowledge in a variety of audiences.
∎ Ability to influence and drive decision-making as appropriate.
∎ Good knowledge in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Salary: Negotiable
