∎ B.Sc in Food Science & Technology/Engineering/Nutrition
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Frozen Food Production, Further Processing, Raw Chicken Processing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor production line of Primary process & Further process.
∎ Prepare production planning as per guideline of In-charge & sales team.
∎ Supervise respective staff & provide guidance and feedback.
∎ Ensure smooth manufacturing and packaging of production according to SOP.
∎ Monitoring plant performance to achieve maximum efficiency, productivity, and consistency in quality.
∎ Develop new product formulation.
∎ To maintain & posting the daily production report to Software of all process production as well as Ingredients.
∎ Maintain all relevant documentation of production as well as ISO guideline.
∎ To monitor the cleaning of production premises.
