• Proven experience in woven outerwear planning with specialization in padded jackets, padding, fake down, and duck down items For Woven Outerwear.
• Proven experience in knitwear planning and production process For Knitwear.
• Hands-on expertise in Fast React (Planning Software) is mandatory.

We are looking for dynamic and skilled professionals with specialized expertise in Knitwear or Woven Outerwear Planning. Candidates with hands-on experience in Fast React software and a strong background in garment production planning are encouraged to apply.

• Prepare detailed production capacity plans and line allocations, ensuring on-time shipment.
• Use Fast React to monitor, control, and update planning status.
• Track raw materials, production progress, and shipment deadlines to identify risks.
• Work with merchandising, production, and quality teams to ensure smooth production flow.
• Optimize utilization of manpower, machines, and resources for efficiency.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly planning MIS reports for management.

For Woven Outerwear:

• Specialized in planning for padded jackets, padding, fake down, duck down, and heavy outerwear styles.
• Coordinate fabric and accessories with suppliers to meet lead times.
• Manage complex seasonal outerwear styles with multiple components.

For Knitwear:

• Plan knitwear items (T-shirts, Polo, Fashion Knitwear).
• Align knitting, dyeing, finishing, and sewing schedules with shipment targets.
