Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters from any reputed University with good academic background.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Liaison with buyers regarding all the issues from product development to shipment.
∎ Work sheet reviewed with pattern maker and Discrepancy find out and take confirmation from buyer.
∎ Developing a detailed time & action plan and regularly monitoring the same through daily status.
∎ Dealing with various types of samples for buyer approval purpose such as Proto Sample, Salesman Sample, Fit Sample, PP Sample, and Top Sample & So on.
∎ Regularly updating the buyer about production status such as Production sequence report (PSR), DCR, DPR & seeking approvals for various styles.
∎ Facilitate all necessary items such as fabrics, Zipper, down & accessories regarding the product by arranging meeting.
∎ Size set and Bulk production meeting arrange with all the related dept.
∎ Swatch Card checks and takes approval from buyer.
∎ Making BOM to individual styles.
∎ Taking approval of fabric, Print/Embroidery strike offs, LAB dips, etc.
∎ Visiting MCD and suppliers to find out required trims and accessories as per buyer requirement Fabric & Thread Consumption checking.
∎ Order forecasting, Production block planning & receiving order status.
∎ Communicate with suppliers for raw materials, booking and delivery.
∎ Maintain Customer Relationship Management, attending buyer's meeting, and meeting customer need through close follow up with them.
∎ Risk assessment arranged for production safety.
∎ Handling all the necessary details to the production Department.
∎ To have prompt and clear communication with buyer.
∎ Dealing with the buyer regarding their order fulfillment, cancellation, confirmation, etc.
∎ Follow up with seasonal & annual budgeted export forecast & comply accordingly.
∎ Responsible for all related development issue.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent communication & Interpersonal skill, Sound knowledge in MS Office.
∎ Strong knowledge on Garments Sourcing, Costing, Design & Sample.
∎ Self-motivated, self-organized and able / willing to work under pressure to meet the deadline.
