Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implement ATL & BTL activities such as promotional activities, print advertisements, events, point-of-sales marketing etc. as per strategic objective.
∎ Direct and monitor product launch thematic advertising, advertorial, editorial approval and joint promotion with media partners and third parties.
∎ Co-worker, with respective trade channels and partners for promotional mechanism, special offers, instore display and POS materials.
∎ Execute new product launches as per marketing strategies.
∎ Coordinate digital and social media campaign implementations through working with various digital agencies.
∎ Responsible for delivering innovative content across all social media platforms as per plan.
∎ Responsible for content creation including design and copy writing for digital ads and related marketing collaterals as per marketing strategies.
∎ Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns.
∎ Coordinate e-commerce business by executing online campaigns and promotions.
∎ Monitor competitor's activities through print, TVC advertisements and data analysis, as well as current market performance and trends.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Experience in FMCG/Food Commodity Industry (Rice, Atta, Maida, Suji, Oil, Salt, Sugar, Lentils, Spices) or Building Material Industry (Steel, Cement, Ready-Mix, Stone Chips) will be preferred.
∎ Experience in a marketing or brand management role
∎ Analytical minded, effective communication and interpersonal skills
∎ Proactive, result-driven and presentable
∎ Possess strong communication skills in both English and Bangla
∎ Hardworking with initiative and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
