∎ B.Sc in CSE.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintenance, diagnosing, and troubleshooting hardware, installing OS/software.
∎ Manage, Install and Configure Desktop PC, Laptop, UPS, Printer, scanner, IP Phone and PABX.
∎ Design, Planning and installing large wire and wireless LAN.
∎ Manage and Configuring VPN, Switching, Routing, Subnetting, Bandwidth control, Firewall, Web proxy, DNS, DHCP.
∎ Should have good knowledge on Mikrotik, Cisco, Routing, Switching, Firewall, and Linux.
∎ Configure and troubleshooting of Linux Mail, Web, SAMBA, File backup server.
∎ Installing and configure CCTV System.
∎ Installing, Monitor and maintain Attendance system/Devices (Face, Finger, Card) and Door Access Control.
∎ Support to all users for network, internet and desktop, laptop, printer, scanner and others IT devices.
∎ Inventory Management of Computer Hardware, Laptop, Printer, UPS, Scanner, Multimedia Projector and Various types of Software and operating system.
∎ To Visit all factories/branches for any support when necessary.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Vendor certification (CCNP, CCNA, RHCE, RHCSA) will be given preference.
∎ Good Knowledge of Database and ERP software.
∎ Excellent written and oral communication both skills in English and Bengali.
