• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Industrial Eng & Production

• B.Sc. in Textile Engineering / IPE

• 2 to 5 years

• Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

• Proficiency in Excel for data analysis, reporting, and process optimization.

• Experience in process analysis and identifying areas for improvement.

• Support in implementing efficiency-driven process improvements.

• Analyze daily production data to identify inefficiencies and recommend immediate corrective actions.
• Monitor floor-wise efficiency and ensure adherence to planned production targets.
• Maintain and update Standard Minute Value (SMV) for all operations on the floor.
• Conduct motion studies to streamline worker movements and improve productivity.
• Ensure effective line balancing to minimize idle time and optimize workflow.
• Coordinate with supervisors and operators to implement process improvements.
• Evaluate operator performance regularly and recommend necessary training or upskilling.
• Ensure compliance with approved production methods and quality standards.
• Support floor management in achieving KPIs such as efficiency, DHU, and output targets.
