Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible for planning, developing, and implementing all over IE & W/S activities in all departments through team work.
∎ Ensure various system implementations to minimize the cost and increase the efficiency of the factory.
∎ Monitor the productivity and efficiency report.
∎ Productivity analysis - person should know analyzing the labor productivity of the factory and sewing lines. Estimating line capacity for all new development styles based on garment sketch or samples.
∎ Analyze all product costs and assist to reduce all negative variance on same and prepare strategies to reduce labor and wastage in all production activities.
∎ Overall ready to take challenge of enhancing productivity and efficiency in the factory.
