∎ Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Motion Graphics)
∎ Strong portfolio demonstrating design skills and creativity.
∎ Having a mindset to overcome challenges like Cultural adjustment, internal resistance, change management.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Create visually stunning and engaging graphics with the alignment of the company brand identity and marketing goals.
∎ Work closely with portfolio departments to get market insight to create market demanded visual contents.
∎ Portfolio wise high quality packaging materials design and re-design for better customer engagement.
∎ Create dynamic motion graphics and animations for video content.
∎ Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and visual storytelling.
∎ Create content for company owned social media platforms.
∎ Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
∎ Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
∎ This job aims to transforming linguistic messages into graphic manifestations.
