∎ Academic Qualification:
∎ 4 years graduation preferable from business discipline & from a recognized university.  ·
∎ Job experience in relevant industry: Not mandatory.  ·
∎ Key Skills:
∎ Technical/Job Knowledge:  Must be an expert in working in MS Excel & manage large database.
∎ Interpersonal/Managerial: A good communication skill is a must for this position. Also preferred having experience as an orator in extracurricular activities and skilled in public speaking & writing in Bangla.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Job Purpose:
∎ Ministry of Social Welfare is one of the key ministries of the Government of Bangladesh who disburses around 10,000 Cr /year as allowances, grants, stipends etc. under the safety net program. bKash is already working with this ministry & a large number of customer accounts needs to register at a national level & to be maintained for receiving the disbursement. This role is planned to be a part of the field operation team to drive the account opening activities & maintain relationship with Upazila Officers of the ministry.
∎ Responsibility:
∎ Ensure bKash account opening of the beneficiaries under Social Welfare·
∎ Liaison with Upazila officers for beneficiaries account opening.·
∎ Account Validation through coordination with regional team, CS & ECAD·
∎ Beneficiaries’ data preparation & maintenance·
∎ Periodic account information update.
