• Knowledge of franchise models and expansion strategies.

• Proficiency in MS Office.

• Identify and generate leads for potential franchise partners through various channels and referrals.

• Acquisition of new site selections in strategic locations as per annual business plan.

• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified franchise prospects.

• Assist in market research, feasibility analysis for new franchise partner.

• Conduct initial discussions and presentations with prospects to explain the franchise model, business opportunity, and financials as per Agora’s business plan and objective.

• Act as the primary contact point for franchise partners, ensuring strong and supportive relationships.

• Address franchisee concerns, resolve issues, and provide guidance for business growth.

• Facilitate communication between franchisees and internal departments (supply chain, marketing, finance, HR).
