Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Coordinate, manage, and lead all transactions that are appropriately recorded in the ERP System
∎ Develop ERP system and related reports for efficient recording of transactions
∎ Coordinate and actively participate in regular transaction posting from Tally to ERP
∎ Reconcile stock, MRR, Issue, ensuring accuracy in both quantity and value
∎ Reconcile the Cost Center Report, Trial Balance & Financial Statements
∎ Assist other team members with ERP migration
∎ Address and resolve discrepancies identified between systems through effective problem-solving strategies
∎ Update the Chart of Accounts continuously to reflect changes in Tally and adapt to evolving processes
