Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA), Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
∎ Marketing preferable.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist the sales team in their day-to-day activities, including order processing, contract management, and sales document preparation.
∎ Create invoices for collecting revenue & make sure to store them in the account.
∎ Maintain & generate all the delivery schedules according to the sales plan & make sure for delivering goods on time.
∎ Provide administrative support such as managing sales databases and generating sales reports.
∎ Collect, analyze, and interpret sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
∎ Prepare regular sales performance reports, sales forecasts, and pipeline analyses. Collaborate with the sales team to identify sales targets and track progress against them.
∎ Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure sales collateral, presentations, and product information are up-to-date and readily available.
∎ Support the creation and maintenance of sales playbooks, tools, and resources to enable effective sales execution.
∎ Liaise with other departments, such as marketing, finance, and operations, to ensure alignment and coordination on sales-related activities.
∎ Leverage sales automation to enhance sales processes, reporting, and analytics.
∎ Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics related to sales performance, such as revenue, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data effectively.
∎ Proficiency in using CRM systems, sales automation tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
∎ Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
∎ Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
∎ Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
∎ Knowledge of sales methodologies and processes.
∎ Familiarity with sales tools and techniques.
