• Your ability to process the visitor visa applications of US, Canada, UK, Schengen, Australia
• You will need to stay in touch with the clients through E-mail and WhatsApp until each visa application process is completed.
• You MUST have proficiency in using Laptop or Computer and Internet (MS Word, typing, emailing, using Facebook, YouTube, Whatsapp, etc.).
• Must have proficiency in computers and the Internet.

We are looking for a visa Consultant Executive for our Visa consultancy Agency.

• Assist clients with the preparation and submission of visa applications for countries like the USA, Canada, UK, Australia, Schengen, Japan, Dubai, Malaysia, Thailand, China, Vietnam, South Korea, Turkey, Philippines, and others as per client preference.
• Tracked and managed the status of visa applications, ensuring timely follow-ups and updates for clients.
• Provide clear and accurate information to clients regarding visa requirements, application procedures, and timelines for different visa types.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all visa applications and related communications.
• Stay informed about changes in visa regulations and procedures for various countries.
• To receive phone calls and give proper information regarding applications.
• Must be adept at building strong communication with clients over the phone and face-to-face.
• Responding to online and offline queries, emails, phone calls, etc.
