Acquiring new export customers for the branches
Coordinating with the branches to prepare credit proposals
Ensuring due diligence in credit proposals and compliance with all relevant rules and regulations
Maintaining credit files and proper records of respective branches in such a manner that it can be found easily
Systematically maintain audit reports, monthly statements, and other related documents
Ensuring cooperation regarding reporting Large Loan Statement to Bangladesh Bank by Credit Administration
Ensuring the sanction terms and conditions align with the office note/memo provided by the CRM
Maintaining strict confidentiality and security of all customer, business, and credit limit information
Monitoring customers` credit limits to ensure maximum utilization
Following up and supervising the end-use of credit facilities, ensuring Relationship Officers maintain effective customer relationships.
Visit customers in coordination with respective branches to enhance Customer Relationship Management
Verifying the stock report, insurance coverage, financials, ICRRS, CIB report and information as per the RMG check list
Preparing draft office note/memo on the basis of branch proposal and forwarding the same to Credit Risk Management Department for taking next appropriate course of action
Maintaining good relationship with the clients and respond to their genuine business requirements in collaboration with the Branch
Reviewing Loan Accounts of Export Oriented Customers on monthly basis and place the review findings to the CEC for decisions and guidelines
Issuing review letter to the Branch with necessary advice for doing the needful at their end and maintaining continuous follow up of the rectification process
Ensuring timely renewal of existing credit facilities
