∎ At least 03 to 05 Years experience in relevant field.
∎ Knowledge of modern and updated QA management techniques.
∎ Should have clear knowledge on QA activities.
∎ Strong team building, decision-making and people management skills.
∎ Strong analytical and organizational skills.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manpower setting.
∎ To work under a Quality manager.
∎ To control and supervise several lines.
∎ To supervise and assist supervisors and inspectors.
∎ To check the color, trim cards, approved sample with running production, and Communicate with sewing supervisors and technician for quality-related issues. will inform any difficulties to a quality Manager.
∎ SOP follow up.
∎ Shipment follow as per shipment plan.
∎ Arrange meeting about WFT/Top five /The Highest three / buyer complain /claim.
∎ First (1st) output cross check.
∎ Ensure factory compliance.
∎ Manpower setting.
∎ To work under a Quality manager.
∎ To control and supervise several lines.
∎ To supervise and assist supervisors and inspectors.
