Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Carry out quality assessment measures of all the products ready to be shipped and incoming raw materials.
∎ Take a thorough look at the plans, specifications to understand the product requirements.
∎ Reject all the incoming raw materials that fail to meet quality expectations and report the issue to the concerned department at the earliest.
∎ Prepare documentation of the inspection process, which includes detailed reports and performance records.
∎ Conduct quality inspections and audits of Accessories Product & Processes to ensure compliance with quality standards, customer requirements.
∎ Collaborate with the production team to develop and implement quality control measures and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for production processes.
∎ Identify and analyze quality issues, defects, and deviations during the production process.
∎ Take necessary corrective and preventive actions to address the issues and improve overall quality.
∎ Collaborate with the production teams to establish and maintain quality targets, metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for all process.
∎ Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to resolve quality-related problems and prevent their recurrence.
∎ Implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize quality control procedures.
∎ Provide guidance and training to the Quality & Production team on quality control procedures, quality standards, and best practices in accessories production process.
