∎ 2-3 years in Quality Assurance/Quality Control/Quality Inspection, preferably in the Label, Trim & Accessories industry

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Planning, organizing, and preparing QA schedules for maintaining the quality and reliability of bulk Print Production as per approved standard.
∎ New Develop sample quality verify, perform require testing and submit to relative department.
∎ Inspect and test products at various stages in the production process- product conformity according to specifications.
∎ Raise Non-Conformity, take countermeasure and preventive action plan by PDCA process.
∎ Keep document, standardize, data control and report. Analysis test results and prepare the data in the form of different presentation (e.g. graph or chart).
∎ Carry out technical and compliance audits and subsequent follow -ups.
∎ Quality issues investigation and reporting to relevant department.
∎ Prepare daily CCR, NCR and AQL Inspection report whenever required.
∎ Prepare requisition, OT planning, and work plan for AQL Inspection.
∎ Maintaining 5S, Cost saving and Initiatives for improvement.
∎ Participate in departmental team meetings Assist to Manager/Asst. Manager as when required.

∎ Job Description / Responsibility:
