Educational Requirements:

∎ Skills Required: Ability to Work Independently, Ability to Work Under Pressure, Eye for Details, Good interpersonal and communication skills
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Chinese Food Cooking, Food preparation, Hospitality Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Hotel, Manufacturing (FMCG), Restaurant
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning, organizing, and monitoring the day-to-day operations of the canteen.
∎ Ordering, purchasing, and checking all supplies against invoices and delivery dockets.
∎ Use food preparation and food-handling skills to minimize waste.
∎ Ensuring that food products prices are monitored and value for money considered.
∎ Implement procedures and processes regarding food safety to ensure that correct food handling and hygiene practices are performed to prevent food spoilage, contamination, and subsequent food poisoning.
∎ Ensuring all canteen workers are familiar with correct food handling and hygiene practices in line with relevant legislation.
∎ Ensuring that the cleaning activities to maintain the function of the canteen is carried out daily (e.g. dusting of shelves and stock, wiping down benches, cleaning of all equipment and fixtures) in accordance with the cleaning procedures set out in the food safety plan.
∎ Ensure that the operation of the canteen is in line with the values of the company.
∎ Ensuring that all staff are treated with respect and dignity and should any issues arise, these will be immediately reported in writing to reporting supervisor.
∎ Ensure that stock is kept at appropriate levels and a stock take status is updated at periodic intervals.
∎ Processing supplier payments at periodic schedules (weekly/ monthly basis).
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates having cooking experience of Chinese foods or managing the same will get preference for the selection process.
Salary: Tk. 22000 - 24000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Mobile bill, Provident fund, Insurance, Medical allowance
∎ Lunch Facilities: Partially Subsidize
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ After probation period additional Miscellaneous Allowance of BDT. 4,000 for Transport, Food & Accommodation.
∎ Salary review during service confirmation subject to satisfactory job performance.
∎ Service Benefit.
∎ Other benefit as per EPZ Labor Act and company policy.
