Responsibilities & Context:

Job Summary

The HR Executive is responsible for managing and executing end-to-end human resource functions within the hospitality environment. This role focuses on workforce planning, recruitment, employee relations, compliance, performance management, and fostering a service-driven, people-centric culture aligned with hospitality standards.

Reports To: Head of Operation, Galleria

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for operational and managerial hospitality roles

  • Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and hiring needs

  • Conduct interviews, background checks, and offer negotiations

  • Ensure smooth onboarding and induction for new hires

Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances

  • Promote a positive work culture aligned with hospitality service excellence

  • Plan and execute employee engagement activities and welfare initiatives

  • Handle disciplinary procedures and conflict resolution professionally

HR Operations & Administration

  • Maintain accurate employee records, HRMIS, attendance, and leave systems

  • Oversee payroll inputs, statutory deductions, and compliance documentation

  • Ensure adherence to labor laws, hospitality regulations, and company policies

Performance Management & Training

  • Support performance appraisal processes and KPI tracking

  • Identify training needs and coordinate learning & development programs

  • Assist in leadership development and succession planning

Policy & Compliance

  • Implement HR policies, SOPs, and standard hospitality practices

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, health & safety regulations, and audits

  • Support HR audits and inspections as required

Strategic HR Support

  • Assist HR leadership in implementing HR strategies aligned with business goals

  • Analyze HR metrics such as attrition, absenteeism, and productivity

  • Support change management and organizational development initiatives
