Job Summary
The HR Executive is responsible for managing and executing end-to-end human resource functions within the hospitality environment. This role focuses on workforce planning, recruitment, employee relations, compliance, performance management, and fostering a service-driven, people-centric culture aligned with hospitality standards.
Reports To: Head of Operation, Galleria
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
Manage end-to-end recruitment for operational and managerial hospitality roles
Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and hiring needs
Conduct interviews, background checks, and offer negotiations
Ensure smooth onboarding and induction for new hires
Employee Relations & Engagement
Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances
Promote a positive work culture aligned with hospitality service excellence
Plan and execute employee engagement activities and welfare initiatives
Handle disciplinary procedures and conflict resolution professionally
HR Operations & Administration
Maintain accurate employee records, HRMIS, attendance, and leave systems
Oversee payroll inputs, statutory deductions, and compliance documentation
Ensure adherence to labor laws, hospitality regulations, and company policies
Performance Management & Training
Support performance appraisal processes and KPI tracking
Identify training needs and coordinate learning & development programs
Assist in leadership development and succession planning
Policy & Compliance
Implement HR policies, SOPs, and standard hospitality practices
Ensure compliance with labor laws, health & safety regulations, and audits
Support HR audits and inspections as required
Strategic HR Support
Assist HR leadership in implementing HR strategies aligned with business goals
Analyze HR metrics such as attrition, absenteeism, and productivity
Support change management and organizational development initiatives
