Responsibilities & Context:
  • Strategic Leadership & Business Performance

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve organizational goals, financial targets, and brand positioning.

  • Oversee daily operations across all departments (front office, F&B, housekeeping, maintenance, etc.) ensuring seamless guest experiences.

  • Drive business growth through revenue management, cost control, and operational efficiency.

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure alignment with the company’s strategic objectives.

  • Guest Experience & Service Excellence

  • Ensure the highest standards of guest satisfaction through personalized service, quality assurance, and proactive feedback management.

  • Implement guest engagement programs and loyalty initiatives to enhance repeat business.

  • Oversee handling of guest complaints or service issues with professionalism and empathy.

  • Financial & Revenue Management

  • Prepare and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.

  • Apply dynamic pricing, market analytics, and technology-driven revenue strategies.

  • Optimize profitability through efficient cost management and resource allocation.

  • Team Leadership & Talent Development

  • Lead, motivate, and mentor department heads and team members to ensure a culture of excellence, accountability, and collaboration.

  • Oversee recruitment, training, and career development programs to build a high-performing workforce.

  • Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in workplace culture.

  • Marketing, Branding & Customer Engagement

  • Collaborate with marketing teams to design and implement brand campaigns, digital marketing, and social media strategies.

  • Build partnerships with local communities, tourism boards, and online travel platforms.

  • Monitor guest trends and competitor insights to identify market opportunities.

  • Technology & Digital Transformation

  • Oversee the adoption of hospitality technologies such as PMS, CRM, and AI-driven service tools to improve operational efficiency.

  • Support the integration of digital check-in/check-out, online guest feedback, and data analytics for decision-making.

  • Compliance, Health & Safety

  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, labor laws, health and safety standards, and brand policies.

  • Maintain sustainability and eco-friendly practices in line with ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) goals.

  • Implement risk management and emergency response procedures.

  • Stakeholder & Owner Relations

  • Act as the primary liaison between ownership, investors, and operational teams.

  • Provide transparent performance updates and business insights to stakeholders.

  • Develop and sustain positive relationships with suppliers, partners, and local authorities.
