Experience:
MBA in Hospitality Management/Master of Hotel Management (MHM)/Masters in any discipline with an industry-specific degree is preferred.
Minimum 18 years of experience in the Foreign/Local hospitality sector of minimum 05 years in the above position.
The incumbent should be an experienced hotelier who is a visionary and thrives on challenges, to assure a leadership role at Galleria – your second Home.
The applicants should have experience in the renowned hotel in Bangladesh or abroad

Strategic Leadership & Business Performance
Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve organizational goals, financial targets, and brand positioning.
Oversee daily operations across all departments (front office, F&B, housekeeping, maintenance, etc.) ensuring seamless guest experiences.
Drive business growth through revenue management, cost control, and operational efficiency.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure alignment with the company’s strategic objectives.
Guest Experience & Service Excellence
Ensure the highest standards of guest satisfaction through personalized service, quality assurance, and proactive feedback management.
Implement guest engagement programs and loyalty initiatives to enhance repeat business.
Oversee handling of guest complaints or service issues with professionalism and empathy.
Financial & Revenue Management
Prepare and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
Apply dynamic pricing, market analytics, and technology-driven revenue strategies.
Optimize profitability through efficient cost management and resource allocation.
Team Leadership & Talent Development
Lead, motivate, and mentor department heads and team members to ensure a culture of excellence, accountability, and collaboration.
Oversee recruitment, training, and career development programs to build a high-performing workforce.
Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in workplace culture.
Marketing, Branding & Customer Engagement
Collaborate with marketing teams to design and implement brand campaigns, digital marketing, and social media strategies.
Build partnerships with local communities, tourism boards, and online travel platforms.
Monitor guest trends and competitor insights to identify market opportunities.
Technology & Digital Transformation
Oversee the adoption of hospitality technologies such as PMS, CRM, and AI-driven service tools to improve operational efficiency.
Support the integration of digital check-in/check-out, online guest feedback, and data analytics for decision-making.
Compliance, Health & Safety
Ensure compliance with local regulations, labor laws, health and safety standards, and brand policies.
Maintain sustainability and eco-friendly practices in line with ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) goals.
Implement risk management and emergency response procedures.
Stakeholder & Owner Relations
Act as the primary liaison between ownership, investors, and operational teams.
Provide transparent performance updates and business insights to stakeholders.
