Responsibilities & Context:
Operational Oversight: Managing day-to-day operations to ensure seamless coordination across all departments.
Guest Experience & Service: Maintaining high-quality service standards, enhancing the guest experience, and resolving issues promptly.
Staff Leadership: Hiring, training, scheduling, and mentoring staff to ensure compliance with company policies.
Financial Management: Assisting with budgeting, forecasting, controlling costs, and maximizing profitability.
Compliance & Safety: Enforcing health, safety, and sanitation regulations, and ensuring compliance with all hotel operating procedures.
Quality Control: Conducting routine inspections of all departments to ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and service readiness.
