Job Context

Sara Express, a reputed long-distance AC bus service, is seeking an experienced Supervisor Trainer to develop skilled, disciplined, and customer-focused bus supervisors. The selected candidate will be responsible for standardizing supervisory practices, improving service quality, and ensuring smooth and safe long-route operations.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide structured training to bus supervisors on operational duties and responsibilities

• Train supervisors on passenger management, ticketing control, and service etiquette

• Develop discipline, punctuality, and route compliance among supervisors

• Conduct on-route assessments and performance evaluations

• Identify skill gaps and arrange refresher training programs

• Ensure supervisors follow company policies and operational SOPs

• Assist management in selecting, certifying, and promoting supervisors

• Handle operational issues and provide corrective guidance when needed

• Prepare training reports and performance feedback for management
