• 1–3 years of proven experience in student counseling, particularly with Australia applications.
• In-depth knowledge of Australian education systems, course options, and visa requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple student files and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and basic online platforms.
Responsibilities & Context:
Guide students through the entire application and visa process for studying in Australia.
Provide personalized counseling sessions to help students choose the right courses and institutions.
Assist in preparing and submitting university and visa applications. • Stay updated with the latest information on Australian universities, admission criteria, and visa policies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and education providers.
Maintain accurate student records and manage queries through email, phone, and in-person meetings.
