• 1–3 years of proven experience in student counseling, particularly with Australia applications.

• In-depth knowledge of Australian education systems, course options, and visa requirements.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple student files and meet deadlines.

• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and basic online platforms.

• Guide students through the entire application and visa process for studying in Australia.

• Provide personalized counseling sessions to help students choose the right courses and institutions.

• Assist in preparing and submitting university and visa applications. • Stay updated with the latest information on Australian universities, admission criteria, and visa policies.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and education providers.

• Maintain accurate student records and manage queries through email, phone, and in-person meetings.
