𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls professionally.

- Counsel students and parents about education programs and services.

- Convert inquiries into successful enrollments and achieve monthly targets.

- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in Excel.

- Provide excellent customer service and resolve queries efficiently.

- Follow up consistently with prospective students and parents.

- Prepare and maintain sales and performance reports.

- Explain fee structures, payment plans, and basic financial details to clients.

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
