Responsibilities & Context:
Limpid Travels is looking for young, honest, and confident individuals to join our team as Junior Sales Executives (Travel Desk). This role is designed for candidates who want to learn the travel industry properly under direct supervision and mentorship.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound customer queries (phone, WhatsApp, online platforms)
Assist in air ticket sales processing under senior supervision
Communicate clearly and politely with customers
Follow internal pricing, approval, and sales procedures strictly
Coordinate with internal team members for ticket issuance
Maintain basic sales records and customer follow-ups
Important Context:
This is a learning-first role
No independent pricing or decision-making authority initially
All work will be done under the direct supervision of senior management
Training on ticketing software and guidance will be provided on real business operations
