Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure shift wise schedule Implement at floor, collect the daily production report ,check the report & submitted it at office
∎ Making SR by the ERP
∎ Arrange and coordinate weekly & Monthly Meeting
∎ Prepare Monthly Roster plan
∎ Ensure daily production schedule
∎ Ensure production increase & wastage reduction
∎ Ensure house keeping
∎ Coordinate with Store, Quality & Maintenance department.
∎ Ensure operational breakdown reduction
∎ Ensure Safety issues in factory premises
∎ Ensure the daily raw material issues
∎ Handle manpower related problem
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 32 years
∎ Should have at least 2 years experience in poly fiber industry.
∎ Candidate should have experience in Manufacturing Process, Product Knowledge, Overall knowledge of product quality, Technical Knowledge,
∎ Good knowledge in MS office, Basic English
