Experience:
Assisting in procurement of Aircraft Parts, consumables, special tools & equipment, ground support equipment from various OEMs/supplier/sites under the supervision of Procurement Manager.
Co-ordinate with the production planning team and technical store department of Maintenance section to receive the requisition/demand to place the procurement process in a timely manner.
Assisting in procurement of local purchase for the maintenance section by coordinating with the technical store department under the supervision of Procurement Manager.
Correspondence with Civil Aviation (CAAB) and Chief Controller of Import and Export (CCIE) to obtain the necessary “No Objection Letter” and Import/Export Permit.
Assist to submit the requisition/bill to the accounts department, follow up and expedite the payment process under the supervision of Procurement Manager.
Monitoring the custom releasing process (assessment, examine, delivery) by coordinating with the company authorized C & F (custom clearing and forwarding agent) for the smooth clearance of the shipping consignment and expedite the delivery.
Negotiate with the C & F agent and justify the cost involve for the custom release of any consignment and evaluating the final bill of the C & F agent.
