- CPL/ATPL with IR and FIR or CPL/ATPL with IR.
- ICAO ELP LEVEL Minimum 4
- Medical Class 1
- Candidates having FIR and Cessna 172 type rated will get priority.

Experience: Minimum total of 150 hours flying.
Applicants without an FI rating must complete the Instructional Technique ground course and obtain IT subject clearance from CAAB before being recruited

Responsibilities & Context:
To provide a high standard of flying training to student pilots as per CAAB syllabus, rules, Academy TPM, SOP and other related manuals.
They shall be responsible to give sufficient briefing and de-briefing for each and every instructional flight.
The overall supervision of flying activities and for setting up such controls and checks to ensure that CAAB regulations are adhered to at all times. They shall administer such disciplinary action to pilots assigned to aircraft as may be required for any breach of regulation.
The safe and efficient operation of school aircraft including administration of all matters concerning pilots, pilot training, examinations, competency tests, en-rout operations, and operating limitations of aircraft.
Maintain currency and validity of his own flying licenses, Instrument Rating, Instructor Rating and other ratings.
Remain aware and vigilant on all matters of flight safety and flight security and take preventive measures as per circumstances.
Extend full cooperation to the Flight Safety Officer in discharging his/her duties and responsibilities.
Keep him knowledgeable on up-dated information, procedures, technique, policy, rules, regulations on all matters flight operation and safety and disseminate to all concerned for proper implementation.
Keeping accurate records of students’ flight training progress, including flight hour, maneuver practices and area of improvements. Maintain personal records of instructional activities.
Perform any other jobs / duties assigned by the authorities.
